Based on a book "written" by O-Sensei in 1938, this is an Aikido classic.

The introduction is by his son Kisshomaru Ueshiba in a form of a biography of O-Sensei's life. We can find many historical photos of O-Sensei from is youth up to the moment of his death accompaning the text.

The rest of the book contains some poems and texts attributed to O-Sensei and a section of technical photos where he demonstrates many Aikido techniques.

This book is a must for all Aikido students.
